- Awarded 3 HAM project under NHAI amounting to Rs 4,625.74 Cr in the State of Gujarat.

FY 2019-20
- Awarded 1 EPC project of Nagpur – Mumbai Super Communication Expressway under MSRDC in the state of Maharashtra amounting to 1,342 Cr.
- Awarded Operation & Maintenance of Mumbai - Pune Expressway.
- Completed the 46.28 km Diganchi - Pandharpur HAM project.
- Established Precast Factory to manufacture RCC pipes,box Culvert and Boundary Wall.

FY 2018-19
- Awarded 5 HAM projects under PWD in the state of Maharashtra amounting to 1,142 Cr.
- Awarded 3 EPC projects under MSRDC in the state of Maharashtra amounting to 1,142 Cr.
- Awarded 1 EPC projects under NHAI in the state of Maharashtra.
- Completed the 31 km of Pune – Satara NH- 4 (789km-820km) Pkg 2A2 in the span of 28 months.

- Company upgraded to Limited Company and demerged from RSIPL to RSIIL.
- Awarded 2 EPC projects under MSRDC in the state of Maharashtra amounting to 500Cr.

- Awarded Pune – Satara NH- 4 (789km-820km) Pkg 2A2 amounting to Rs 161 Cr.
- Completed Khed – Sinnar (NH – 50) Road project from Km 42.000 - 72.396km, engaged by IL & FS.

- Completed the Pune – Solapur Road Project km 150.050 – 190.000 km of NH-9.

- Awarded Pune – Solapur Road Project km 150.050 – 190.000 km of NH - 9 . Amounting to Rs 216 Cr.
- Awarded O & M of Existing Lane km 725.00 – 865.350 km of NH-4.
